In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

This has been one of my best flower/plant ordering experiences from afar! Sahra responded immediately to my texts when I realized that I had submitted the incorrect address; and then again during the evening- after hours - when I was worried that the (most amazing) fiddle leaf fig may not have arrived. She assured me that it had been delivered and to be honest, had I checked my email, I would have seen the confirmation picture. Thanks for making this experience so wonderful! And thanks for your personal touches!

The pic that was sent to me looked like it was more out of a catalog. But my daughter took a pic of the actual plant delivered to the service and it was beautiful. I had originally wanted a peace plant or a multi plant arrangement but this philodendron was perfect. Thank you.
